An initiative to support local farmers and reduce food waste is the impetus for the Mary Valley Food Co.

The dried lime is handcrafted in the Mary Valley and produce is sourced from local farms.

Limes are currently sourced  from Mary Valleys  family farm in Amamoor, Gilldora Grove, Sublime Orchard and Kenyana Farm. 

This stunning range is perfect to add to your drinks, food platters, baking or other entertaining needs. 

All products are packed in glass jars
